Well, hello. I’ve been sort of unmoored lately, spending lots of time on planes and in beds other than my own (doesn’t that sound exciting). Mike and I spent a week in Austin, working from friends’ houses and eating all the things, and then I went on to the east coast, for work and to see family. It was very very good, but draining. I’m in a sort of brain slump, where all my mental energy is absorbed by work and what I’m going to eat next.
Until I get my energy back online, let’s think about what kind of a party I have to throw to justify making this champagne gelee cocktail.
