Brunch bort (or board, in non-Beyonce land)

So, I am here, in New York, where I live now. WEIRD.

Just needed to get that out of the way. The last few weeks feel a little dreamlike already, largely because we just moved into our new apartment and it. is. awesome. I’ve got some good pictures to share soon, but in the meantime, here’s a brunch board, inspired by Cup of Jo, that I put together last Sunday at our friends’ apartment.

I laid out all my favorite things: fruit and olives and cheese (Comte, aged cheddar, and Cowgirl Creamery’s Mt Tam) and bread (a crusty baguette and some divine challah from Runner & Stone). Filling, easy to pull together, packed with good nutrients and protein, and too pretty not to document.

This worked beautifully for the four of us, as we grazed on it over the course of a lazy day. It would also be perfect for a party, and could just as easily be an appetizer platter in the evening. You can refill and swap in ingredients as they get housed, and switch it up based on the time of year or occasion. Get on board!
